Terms of Use

Last updated: June 12, 2026

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the addiscovery.ai website, operated by Addiscovery, Milan, Italy. By using the site you accept them. Access to the platform itself (the MCP endpoint and the AdCP tool surface) is gated and governed by the separate terms agreed at onboarding.

No public product yet

Addiscovery is in a gated pilot with its first publishers. The content on this site, including the simulated product demonstrations, describes capabilities that are live, in development or planned; the current status of each capability is documented at /llms.txt. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a service level commitment, a guarantee of results or professional advice.

Requesting access

Submitting the request-access form starts a conversation, not a contract. You confirm the information you send is accurate and that you can speak for the company you name. We review every request and may accept or decline at our discretion; pilot participation is governed by the agreement signed at onboarding. How we handle the form data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not misrepresent who you are in the request-access form, interfere with the site's operation, probe or overload its infrastructure, or attempt to access non-public systems. Security findings go to the address in /.well-known/security.txt.

Agents welcome

Automated agents may read this site through the documented surfaces: llms.txt, the markdown variants of every page, and the .well-known resources. The robots.txt Content Signals state what the content may be used for. The same acceptable-use rules apply to agents as to people.

Intellectual property

The Addiscoveryname, this site's content and its design belong to Addiscovery. The Ad Context Protocol is an open standard governed by its own community; platform names and logos shown in the demonstrations belong to their respective owners and appear only to illustrate interoperability.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Addiscovery is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Mandatory protections under applicable law remain unaffected.

Governing law

Italian law governs these terms. The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise. If a provision proves invalid, the rest stays in force.
